Laundry
Please note all prices are inclusive of IVA at 16%

Laundry charges are 10€ per person.
Mid-stay laundry change if required is charged at the same rate.
The laundry service includes bedding (sheets & pillowcases) and bathroom towels. In order to facilitate sameday changeovers, we recommend that clients provide three changes of bed linen and towels.

Transfer to & from Faro airport

Charges
Available on request, depends on location and number of passengers. Baby seat also available.

Welcome packs
You decide the essentials required on arrival, such as mineral water, milk, bread etc. It can also include toiletries & cleaning products if required.

Charges
From 20 € for a basic pack.

Car rental
We have arrangements with a local company offering very good rates. (Prices on request).

Additional services
For new properties we can e-mail you photos of the work in process and organise snagging visits: We have an experienced builder who will visit your property to carry out a snagging visit, saving you the trouble of organising additional costly trips.

Lights fitted:
An experienced electrician can fit all your lights ready for your arrival.

Bath and Shower screens:
We can arrange the fitting of bath and shower screens.

Air Conditioning:
Our engineer can fit and maintain air-conditioning units. He can advise you on which models are best for your property.

Mosquito screens:
We can arrange the fitting of mosquito screens to your property.

Satellite/internet installation:
Our advisors can help you choose the best package for your requirements.

Miscellaneous:
Pool and garden care, general repairs, odd jobs such as fitting of ceiling fans, curtain poles, shower screens, furniture assembly, etc.

New build complete service
We are pleased to announce that we are able to offer our clients this service. We clean up after the builders, install all your lights, and fixtures and fittings, arrange your furniture package, white goods, kitchenware, cutlery & crockery. Complementary soft furnishings provide the finishing touch and your property is all ready for you! Further information on request.
